I usually don’t have any issues with lamination, however for some reason I was extra sensitive that day and it burnt a little bit more than usual which I communicated. The mistake Marta made which she should have known better as she’s the technician, is that she went over the one particular area twice which gave me a very bad chemical burn and left a permanent scar at the corner of my eyebrow. She never apologised and chose to ignore me the time I was in the salon. Very disappointed
