Be sure to book additional designs via treatwell. Do not assume that you will be able to request and pay at the salon without pre-booking because the nail tech probably won’t have enough time before the next appointment. Booking an additional design via treatwell ensures you will have an extended nail appointment for the nail tech to complete your design. I am grateful that the nail techs teamed together to ensure I could get a French tip despite not pre-booking.

Natalie was very thorough and did my toenail (Shellac) and fingernails (BIAB and Shellac) beautifully. Always lasts a few weeks. She just gets on with it so you can sit back and relax.

So sad about this. I never had an issue before but this time around Marta applied the solution twice after knowing my skin was not reacting very well to it which resulted in a very bad chemical burn which left me with a permanent scar. What was even more dissapointing was that the next time I was in the salon, she completly ignored me and didn't bother to come and apologise or acknowledge me. This is why I feel uncomfortable returning to the salon for any other treatment as she made it awkward
