My only gripe is that if i book through Treatwell and request a particular nail technician, I expect to have that technician. Not too sure how much information is sent to the retailer via Treatwell! The customer should be told by the retailer that their choice of technician isn't available so that they can consider an alternative, rather than arriving at the salon and getting who you get. Having said that, it would be hard to be disappointed with any experience at this salon.
