HD Brows in this place is just tint and threading. Came on time but the clinic made me wait 30min for the appointment to begin with the excuse that its all okay because this treatment only takes 15min. What? I'm disappointed with the overal experience, very rushed and not a full HD Brows experience I paid for.
HD Brows are very detailed and precise treatment which involves bespoke shaping including a light make up and regrowth plan. This was not what I was expecting from a private clinic.

Booked in for a free consultation and patch test for a fungal nail infection.
I was offered my first treatment on the consultation day. My health form was read treatment explained. All fine until I explained that I had come for an initial free consultation and patch test. Patch test was not on offer and they had a new receptionist who had told me wrong. i was then told I would need 12-18 monthly treatments. I was in and out in less than 5 mins and the therapist didn’t ask to look at my nail!
