I was told that a consultation was included in the price; I got very little consultation. I wrote my concerns on a sheet of paper which I imagine would be reviewed afterwards, however I came in to address specific needs and don't think that was done satisfactorily. One of my primary concerns was to address the visible whiteheads which are still staring at me. Dissatisfied!

I came yesterday for a face clean. The very first appointment was good yesterday not so much. One of your machines was not working properly, the lady that was doing it didn’t say anything I could feel that it wasn’t functioning properly so this a rip of all ready. You poked me in the face a couple of times and today I look worse then yesterday. This is maybe because you wore the same glove when you came to get us in the waiting room and then touched my face. Please get in touch regards this
