It was alright, felt quite rushed, no gloves used for laser removal of lesion, numbing cream straight from the tube, wasn’t even lying down or leaning against the back of a chair, no glasses to protect my eyes from laser. Given very little aftercare information and i had to keep asking questions to get any kind of information she didn’t go in to details really of treatment. It went okay in itself, just all felt a bit strange.

I went in for a mole removal in a sensitive area. Shawana was lovely. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She listened to my concerns and was thorough on her treatment and her advice. The procedure itself was quite quick, with hardly any pain and is now healing nicely. Highly recommended.
