Overall I was made to feel very safe and reassured. She told me what she was doing and why as the treatment was underway, making sure I wasn't in any unnecessary pain also. She was so nice and I look forward to my next treatment with her.

She was not pushy in any way and explained all options and what the treatment would entail.

medical procedures here are not to be recommended. perhaps purely cosmetic are ok but the procedure I had was incredibly expensive and ultimately did not work. Costs were not transparent upfront, aftercare was different after each session. Appointments were cancelled and not proactively rebooked as they said, this was down to me to organise.
