The clinic is lovely with the staff all being very friendly and helpful. I went predominantly to have a milia removed as part of a facial treatment (web price £65). I was told the tag in question was to close to the eye for needle treatment and I would need to have a second visit to have it removed by zapping (£120). A lot of dosh to remove one milky spot.

Bright, breezy, friendly and professional.
For facial laser hair removal; Described the process she was going to go through.
Was clear on ensuring my skin was clean and clear and ready for the procedure.
During the procedure narrated what she was doing and where she was moving to in each section of my face (as I was wearing black-out goggles)
Ensured that the procedure was not causing pain, despite minor discomfort.
