The staff were friendly but the service was unprofessional. I had to undress with no modesty screen, gown, towel or blanket offered, the door to the treatment room opened straight onto a waiting area by an outside door, The treatment was rushed as they were discussing their next clients that were waiting, no aftercare advice was offered.
The price charged was more expensive than quoted at my consultation and they had no record of the deposit I had paid prior to treatment. Would never use again!

I had a skin tag removed. The service I received was extremely good. The treatment was expertly explained to me and was carried out there and then. I had the aftercare throughly explained also.
While I was there my wife decided to book a treatment with them as she was very impressed with the service I received.
