I’m a fairly new patient at this clinic but am enjoying the services so far! The office is beautiful and Laura is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff at the front desk are very kind and efficient as well. I never feel rushed at my appointment which is very refreshing.

The experience was not as expected. The venue interior is tired.The reception staff appeared to assume I knew my way around. The form I was asked to complete was not applicable to my treatment. I was expected to sign to say the treatment and any possible side effects had been fully explained to me. The staff did not know if I had any experience of this treatment. The treatment was explained very minimally as it progresses. Just all round not the most pleasant experience.
