The only good thing about this place is Laura. Without her this place is very rude. Rosie talks down to you like you are nothing. The place particularly management need to be trained on how to give a good customer experience.

My second visit . Rosie was great as was Laura last time. Easy access for my wheelchair on ground floor with car park at the rear. Treatment went well . A trainee was in the room i was happy for her to be there .
