I have been seeing Rosie for over a year having hair removal and can hand on heart say she is the most loveliest person I have gotten to know and trust during this time. I have always received fantastic treatment and she really listens and knows her stuff! It is a super professional and friendly clinic, extremely well priced and competitive in this current market. Rosie also advised me on a skincare journey which has been a lasting effect, can highly recommend this clinic.

The experience wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s quite daunting when you’re in your 60s and you’re going into this for the first time. I thought I would be discussing a variety of different treatments for wrinkles and age spots but it wasn’t like that at all - the ‘discussion’ was quite stark and clinical. It was probably more my nervousness than anything, but I didn’t feel any connection.
It seemed really rushed - I was actually out 5 minutes before the official start of the appointment.
