I went for milia removal, came back home with all the milia still on my face. I was eventually able to remove them myself, which indicates it was not really rocket science. Got overcharged 20 pounds by the receptionist, who seems to be unable to keep track of deposit values. Wont go back.

Laura was amazing, she always treats my skin with care and is very gentle. I always leave with minimal to no swelling. This is my second time coming and the First Lady was so rough and I had terrible swelling but Laura was excellent.
