Had a very pleasant visit with shavina she was very pleasant and professional,i had a venus lake removed from my lower lip that had been there for a very long time...wished i had done it sooner☺️.took minutes for procedure and no pain really,after 5 weeks has gone!!GREAT.

I went here through the recommendation of a friend, Laura has been so welcoming and friendly, such a lovely person and a pleasure to chat to and see each time, I really can’t recommend Laura and the clinic enough, everything is explained clearly, Laura constantly checks I am comfortable, really an amazing experience 😊

It was hard to enter the building.
Shwana was late to appointment.
I felt it wasn't clearly communicated what the procedure involved.
I was given mole removal without numbing the area first!!
It was very painful. I'm so confused how this happened because on the website it said they use local anaesthetic to numb areas first!

Rosie has been doing my eyebrows for years and I would never go anywhere else!
Rosie uses henna, which makes the tint in my eyebrows last 2-3 weeks. She also shapes my eyebrows beautifully, and double checks how dark I would like my eyebrows to be every appointment.
I highly recommend this place!
