This was my first session with Rosie after regularly seeing Laura. The procedure itself was fine, and Rosie checked on me throughout. It’s too soon to comment on results.
However, the general experience was not as good. I was not given privacy while changing, which felt uncomfortable given the intimate nature of the treatment & prep. Aftercare information was not provided.
Laura previously provided all of this proactively before, during, and after treatment, making me feel much more at ease
