I thought I was getting treatment as per phone call as it’s a long distance to travel I was fetched in she wasn’t interested as I was just a none fee consultation and she hadn’t got time to even fill forms in as she had 3 fee paying clients waiting!! She rushed me into waiting room to fill forms in as she was busy treating fee paying clients ! Rude doesn’t come into it and I’d been on a train since 12 for the 3 pm appointment common decency as vanished appalled !

The treatment was fairly quick but the Yag laser part was quite painful.

Because the effects of the treatment are gradual it’s difficult at this stage to give a wholly satisfied review for what is quite an expensive treatment. At this stage I can say so far so good and I am happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the practitioners, and once the treatment has proven to be successful I will reserve my judgement.
