The experience wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s quite daunting when you’re in your 60s and you’re going into this for the first time. I thought I would be discussing a variety of different treatments for wrinkles and age spots but it wasn’t like that at all - the ‘discussion’ was quite stark and clinical. It was probably more my nervousness than anything, but I didn’t feel any connection.
It seemed really rushed - I was actually out 5 minutes before the official start of the appointment.

The clinic was not open the receptionist came late thought hed lost his keys found them

I found the person who did my treatment was very abrupt.
The treatment bed wasn’t wiped down. Just new tissue sheets put on the bed.
