Treatment wasn’t available that I booked , arrived for 5.50 for 6pm booking , waited outside till 6.03 as no one was answering so treatment started late and thought no one was there , whole thing was unorganised and didn’t get what I asked for

Had a very pleasant visit with shavina she was very pleasant and professional,i had a venus lake removed from my lower lip that had been there for a very long time...wished i had done it sooner☺️.took minutes for procedure and no pain really,after 5 weeks has gone!!GREAT.
