My experience was good and the treatment was as I expected. Shawana was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly.
My only suggestion is that you are given written guidance post treatment.

I attended the clinic on August 2025. The electrolysis was performed by a technician who did not follow basic infection-control procedures and was not wearing a face mask.
Following the treatment I suffered blistering and other skin damage. This damage has also adversely affected my existing microblading, causing lifting, scarring and loss of pigment beyond the microbladed area. I sought medical/dermatological attention at the clinic but no meaningful treatment was provided.

Travelled down from Durham especially to have a Venus lake on lip removed via laser after doing my homework there was something about shawana & park clinic that stood out & made me want to travel 3 hours & gosh I’m so pleased I did. I don’t know why but it won’t let me add my progress in photos but I will send them via email to the clinic as they may use them on there site, it’s two weeks today since my treatment & I’m very very happy to say I no longer have a Venus lake in my lip. Shawana 👌TY
