Emily was so friendly and professional, making the whole experience really special. She took great care of my skin, and now it’s glowing and feels incredibly soft and refreshed. My face has never looked this good. Thank you so much. I came into the spa and everyone was so welcoming and nice, offering me tea. The chair in the treatment room are comfortable and I really enjoyed the light ambient music. The facial was very professional and great quality machines.

Absolutely amazing, I love how they actually explain everything they will be doing and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time doing the emerald treatment so I was a little nervous but the team at park lane wellness made me feel so relaxed and happy. I will definitely be rebooking!
