Jodie was great. However there were interruptions during the appointment which detracted from the overall experience. While Jodie managed this the best she could, it would have been appreciated if this could have been managed by a receptionist (noting one was not present during my appointment).

I just hope that the hair cut will grow out quickly. I’ve told M before leaving that it wasn’t what I had in mind, but he said it was the way how it was blow dried. It wasn’t. The haircut is really not great, it doesn’t hold any shape and it’s way shorter than I asked for. The salon is nice, maybe I’ll try someone else next time.
