Awful full head dye.
I am naturally dark ashy blond and I asked to match my color - I left the salon tear-well, with nearly black hair with excessive ash which stayed blue/green for weeks after the appointment. It has nothing to do with a natural look I asked for.
I have contacted the salon twice to have this fixed but my request has been completely ignored.
Very disappointing after many appointments with Cassi who perfectly matched the color and complete waste of 4h of drive.
