Marcin was rude and refused to do a blowdry as requested as he ran out of time after my haircut. He also raised his voice at me, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I left with an awful hairstyle as he didn't have time to do a proper blowdry so he ended up using straightners which I could have done myself at home and it was not what I paid for. Will never be back.
