I made an error when booking and actually wanted a haircut. They were able to accommodate me and were really friendly throughout the confusion. The haircut was exactly what I asked for and Angel checked at various points that I was happy with what she was doing. She seems to lack confidence which is a shame as I was very happy with her work. I also think the assistance/assurance provided by a more senior stylist was really nice to witness.

More training was required on the lady who did my hair, it took much longer than I’d hoped and wasn’t to the standard I wanted.
