Communication between Treatwell and the salon should be improved, on the website, there was only one hairdresser mentioned, in fact there were four that day, I called the helpline, and was told that an appointment with my regular hairdresser (not mentioned on website) was possible but at a different time than requested, this was fine by me, but the salon was expecting me at the original booked time, and I received a phone call from them where I was...?!
