First time ever getting a wax! The lady was really friendly, put on some music as soon as I told her it was my first time. The only thing that was and still is going through my mind is whether or not the wax gets re-used as she did double dip the wax sticks and there was A Lot of wax length so I'm left wondering did it get disposed of or reused. Besides that great lady - very caring and great service
