I felt comfortable from when I walked into the salon.
I was asked what i needed to happen with my hair I explained what I would like and he listened to me and he also asked how short and explained what he was going to do for me about cutting my hair
Also was offer a drink as soon as I sat down to have my washed
After my hair was finished I was very happy with the cut very pleased with it
