Unfortunately my blow dry was a total waste of money. Already by evening my hair looked greasy and dirty, imagine the day after. I had to take it up in a pony tail.

Really lovely people, very attentive. I don't see much difference with my hair which is disappointing. I didn't notice until I got home and put my hair up that it looks almost the same as when I left to get it done. Perhaps I wasn't clear in expressing how I wanted it, but whenever I have had balayage in the past it has always involved a lot more colouring/lightening of my roots.
