Color was wrong, despite me giving her the exact colors to use. Excuse was the brand they use is a bit darker than other brands, but shouldn’t that be something they know and adjust for? Isn’t that the job description? And no offer to fix it, or discount or anything, not even an apology. All I got was next time you come we will use a lighter shade - like that’s going to happen !

Very clean salon. Ahmet, as always was very welcoming and did a brilliant job with my hair cut. He was very helpful as I am in a wheelchair. I always feel treated like a family member and not a mere customer. It is a very well managed welcoming salon with all the staff very friendly. It is a real gem.

Angele was absolutely brilliant! I found her very warm, welcoming and lovely to chat to! For the haircut itself, she really listened and worked with me and Ahmet as I was having a proper mare over growing out my fringe (it’s at that annoying stage), and I am impressed with the result! My hair looks and feels amazing, works with my lifestyle and my half grown out fringe is a lot easier to manage! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again! 🥰
