This is the second or third time I've had the kerastraight ultimate. It's so good and lasts ages! Cassie is also really great at explaining the process, takes her time and is very thorough.
This is also my favourite hairdressers in London. Have been going here a few years not and they're genuinely just amazing and lovely. Could not rate highly enough!

Elisa was highly unprofessional, she cancelled my appointment by text as I arrived at the Salome saying that she had double booked the slot after I had travelled 30 mins to get there, she did not come out to apologise or to explain the situation so I had to leave and go elsewhere, a real shame as the other staff in the salon seemed really friendly
