Booked an appointment last minute after not having had a haircut in more than a year. The stylist was super lovely, made me comfortable and took time to talk with me about the type of cut I was after before starting. Didn’t feel pressured to purchase any product either, which often makes me uncomfortable, and I appreciated that!

Vita was not the person who did my nails - it was someone new.
The appointment took 1hr 50mins in total, which is insanely long for a basic gel manicure! I said I had somewhere else to be multiple times, but no sense of urgency, Quality sadly also not there - one of nails has already fallen off after only three days. Whoever did my nails was perfectly nice, but sadly the experience wasn't great.
