I booked for highlight offer and the job seems faultless, I liked the courtesy of the staff and cannot fault their overall service. The hairdressers are very friendly and professional and they do kinda teamwork on customer's hair ! It's amazing.
I have not had a better haircuts elsewhere (whereas I have been charged double ). All of these urges me to go Back !

I received a full head of highlights, trim and blow dry all for £50 and I couldn't be happier. The salon really is a little gem in London - great value for money and the staff who work there are all so friendly and welcoming.
You'd be hard pushed to find a salon in central London offering the same treatment for cheaper, and the quality of the cut and the colour job I received is as good at other salons where I've paid in excess of £100 for the same service.

I had full body wax and I call it the best wax I have ever had without a doubt. Having paid over £40 in the past for a Hollywood, this has shown me that a cheaper price certainly doesn't make for a 'cheaper quality' wax. This was brilliant, the hot wax meant that you barely felt it, and the staff were all extremely friendly. A great place, will certainly go back .
I had Hollywood waxing and eyebrow shaping with Shakiba . They are not a Luxury Salon , but clean and happy and since I only care to the result , I gave it 5 Star.
I was a bit late for my appointment and I think I rang them 10 times to let them know but now one would pick up, I told them so when I arrived but it looked like they weren't bothered at all. The shop is on the smallish side and it was very crowded that day, they don't all speak english. The lady that did my eyebrows did a very good job but she kept switching between me and another lady that was there for her hair-color, good results after all.
