The staff were very friendly but perhap inexperienced. This was my second Brazilian wax and I had my first one from a different establishment. There were huge difference between my fist and second experience. Here, the wax was too hot and I was waxed I think too many times in more than one area. I could see spots of blood on the wax strip although this does happen, it did not happen to me on my first experience. Also the day after my skin was peeling severely and I had minor burns which I am still treating at the moment. The last time I had this done I didn't have any burns at all.

Sophie (the lady who did my hair) was absolutely brilliant - I was there for a highlight package and she is a total perfectionist. She restyled my hair after highlight because she felt it would finish the look, although I was not charged extra for this. The rest of the staff were smiley happy people and I was so pleased to spend the morning with them. What a lovely atmosphere. A little cosy Salon around Kilburn and Maida Vale. Highly recommend them.
The salon is very nice, clean and stylish, I would definitely recommend it! I had a perfect highlight plus haircut & blowdry and the lady that did my highlight was very professional and experienced and helped me choose the colour. I also very much like to see the staff who were not in job were cleaning and steriliser their tools and equipment which suggested a great attention was paid to cleanliness and safety. Top notch! They also served me a nice cup of tea with bisquit . Will come back in 3 months!
I like to try different salons , to find a good one with reasonable price and after a horrific experience at a different salon, I ran to Paris Hair to get a cut and full head of highlights (at an unbelievable price!) Obviously hesitant to let anyone near my head with a pair of scissors and blonde dye, I was soon put to ease by the expert stylists (Morgan) . To be completely honest, I was a bit nervous as she worked very very quickly, but I soon realized it was because she is extremely good at what she does. My colour was matched and applied professionally and the cut was clean and exactly as I'd described in our consultation. Very nice staff, great treatment, and I will definitely be returning to this salon
