I was here yesterday and I was a bit anxious about booking for an special offer ,because sometimes people who have left reviews have said some Salons treat you differently if you have paid for a special offer or voucher, that make it hard for you to choose them and you think that maybe don't get everything required and maybe the standard of care is lowered.
However, my experience was nothing like this. I booked for full body Wax ,full head tint, wash, deep conditioning treatment, cut and blow-dry. I will put it out there now - I received absolutely everything that I was expected , without having to prompt them.
On arrival the staff were very welcoming , the place is beautiful, and the lady who did my hair was just fantastic. She helped me choose a colour rather than telling me, cut my hair so it was unlike anything it had ever been, and I just really enjoyed the experience!
Fatana did waxing , it was quick, professional, virtually painless and she was just perfect . So lovely to chat to.
I had coffee and biscuit there, Will definitely goo back.
Great highlights, really pleased with the quality, service and value (I booked for Full head highlight special offer). They couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with my highlights, very friendly staff. I will definitely be returning. More than happy with the quality of the highlights and the colour of my hair.
The actual perming of my hair was great however I didn't receive a haircut as I had paid for and by the time I realised that this would be the case I was unable to address it as the perm had started. I presumed I wouldn't have to state again what I had already paid for and that the booking would be clear to the stylist. I therefore had to pay a different salon to cut my hair at a later date.

Unfortunately, Morgan had been called away and I knew before I went as the Manager had notified me. I would have been happy to have the other senior stylist (Sophia?) but she was not in either. As I was going out and needed my roots done and a blow dry I went. Although Fatana tried her best and was painstaking with the tint it came out a bit streaky in places and the blow dry was not up to Morgan's standard. Took a good two hours and I only have short hair. Blow dry did not last very long so disappointed.

I absolutely love my new highlight and haircut and got loads of compliments for it. I chose Morgan and she had 2 assistance doing team work on highlight foiling , but she cut my hair herself and she was super friendly and very professional, giving me recommendations on the style of my cut and haircare without trying to sell to me. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!
