Although I am happy with my wax, the lady who did it was very quick and professional, my experience was very much let down by the salon; the room felt dirty, it was sweltering hot and the waiting areas were full of children being noisy.
I don't think I'd return.

Great friendly staff and they never raise an eyebrow on rescheduling the appointment.. I find location quite convenient as their is bus stop rt outside and underground station is not far either

Great haircut from Sophie who listened to what I wanted. The salon is very cosy and easy to find on Kilburn(Maida Vale) with reasonable parking places and I will be back soon for trying their full head highlight offer.
