The salon staff were not courteous at all, they were loudly shouting and telling stories amongst themselves the entire time I was there, hence the low rating in ambience. When the hairdressers was finished and she took the cape off me I could see immediately that one side of my hair had obvious chunks and cut marks. I asked her to fix it and she argued with me but at last she did and the haircut was fine. Her co worker took my coat and passed it roughly to me before I was even finished having my hair cut (I was still in the chair, cape on) and said, ‘here’s your coat, bye!’ Even though I was clearly still sitting down and not finished.
It was not worth paying extra for the blow dry as it was done to an average standard.
I only chose this place as my regular salon couldn’t fit me in and I would not go back.

When I came in, she immediately started working on my eyebrows without asking what shape I wanted which made me very anxious. i asked quite dark tinting but it turned out very light. Venue is not very clean, I didn't feel very comfortable. Overall the threading was not bad done, quite liked the shape, but would have preferred her asking me what I wanted and the tinting could have been darker.
