The room had used cotton pads on the floor, the woman had a bad attitude from the outset and barely acknowledged me. The wax was awful - broke hair instead of waxing out from root and refused to cover full bikini line despite me paying £38 for Brazilian. I remember why I stopped going here. Never again!

I have the full pedicure and honestly it’s set the tone for all future pedicures. It feels like a real treat, rather than just dealing with nails. Revitalising, and lovely staff.
