It looked like my appointment wasn’t taken into account for the day, even though I had booked way in advance.
I didn’t at a proper nail station/table, instead sat at a table meant for a hair appointment, with a small little table in front of me that was not meant for nail treatments.
The nail artist only put polish on about 3/4 of my nails, leaving the edges without any polish, which I repeatedly asked her to fix. There was nail polish on my skin and hands. Poor service
