Hetal is fantastic at what she does. First time I tried waxing service her and it was excellent. I doubt I will ever visit elsewhere for my eyebrow threading and waxing.

One member of the staff was a bit ironic,then without asking me there was another member of staff looking (probably new to that) to the procedure of the pedicure but made me feel embarrassed and not relaxing much.
It was faster than I expected as well.
Tom was kind and professional, he could have shaped a bit better the toe nails.
