I arrived 3 minutes after my booked appt time but all therapists were busy. I waited 10 mins to be seated at the massage chair and then my pedicure started 30 minutes after my booked time. He did a very good job of my pedicure and the massage chair was great. However disappointed I was not seen at the time I was booked as I made the appt for a time that was convenient for me and I was not able to wait all day. They have offered me a £5 voucher if booking directly which is a nice gesture.
