Rachel is so professional from start to finish. Most important for me is that she makes you feel at ease. Having a bikini wax is such an intimate procedure in my opinion but Rachel quickly reassured me and got on 'with it'. This is a natural skill/quality you can't learn in training. You either have it or u don't and this is why I will keep going back. Amazed also that the procedure was almost painless. Fantastic thank you Rachel once again you delivered all that it says on the tin and more.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Was my first visit so slightly aprenshensive but needn't have been. An enjoyable experience and excellent treatment. Best gels I've had! Certainly be going again.

This was my second visit, last time I had leg, bikini, underarm wax & eyebrow wax. This time I just had a leg wax. Rachel's really nice and makes you feel comfortable. Legs are now silky smooth- whoohoo
