Great massage but couldn’t relax at all because of the noise. Customers and staff were talking and laughing loudly right next to the massage and I was incredibly tense. Mariam tried her best to make it a relaxing atmosphere but felt so uncomfortable and just wanted the experience to finish so I could leave.

Ever since starting to visit Pampered and Pretty, I would never do my lash lift anywhere else. Due to the delicate nature of the treatment, cleanliness and attentiveness are the most important and Sinem's standard in this area is exceptional. Highly recommend :)

This was my first ever experience with facial threading and I am very pleased with the results! I used to do waxing which would result in skin redness and irritation, but with threading, my skin calmed down after a few hours already. I've also has a facial and Sinem recommended the green peel for my skin. The treatment was very pleasant and the results visible already after a few days as my skin is no longer dry as it was. Sinem is very knowledgable and pleasant, I couldn't recommend her more!
