I specifically asked the nail tech to refrain from buffer the surface of my nails as they’d gotten thin from being overly buffed at a previous appointment. I had asked for this on my previous 2 manicures with no problems. I repeated myself at least 3 times but was ignored. She persisted to buffed the nails down so they’re thin & when I challenged this she said it has to be done like that so had decided I have no right to make the decision about what is being done to my hand and was ignoring me

This is the best nail salon I've been to in South London - my nails have always lasted and never chipped. Sunny is super fast but detailed, my nails always look amazing.
