service here was nothing short of impeccable, staff was friendly and gave good advice. The head massage whilst having a wash was so nice and relaxing! Would definitely go again even as a poor student

A good haircut, but I was waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time. Staff were quite unprofessional, I wasn’t even offered a drink whilst waiting that long, but the hairdresser herself was lovely.
