Loved the staff they’re all so chatty and friendly and my haircut and conditioning treatment was lovely I think it’s always good to remind what you want from your haircut though as mine got thinned out very high up when i mentioned at the start I didn’t want multiple lengths but it’s still lovely just a bit higher maintenance than I had hoped due to my natural volume. The conditioning treatment was great it felt super cleansing and my hair really needed it I felt the difference straight away. I will be going back in the future
