I went for a pamper and what I got was a haircut. My cut was done nicely and they really listened to what I wanted. My experience was spoilt though as they had taken no precautions for Covid and I was left feeling uncomfortable. I was the only person wearing a mask and there was zero distancing measures in place. The stylist I booked to have also wasn't comfortable cutting short hair and clearly was still training; this wasn't outlined when booking.
