I have been a few times and the team is always super friendly and nice. However this time I came for just a fringe cut and my appointment was sort of squished into another persons appointment. It felt very rushed. I wanted to go a bit shorter but felt unsure how much and the hairdresser straight away cut off lots leaving me with no choice. I would have preferred if she would have taken a bit more time to let me consider.

Best eyebrow tinting I've ever had! It's so neat after it's done (unlike most places that leave dye all over the area) and lasts ages.

Absolutely diabolical. I got mistaken for another customer initially. Then I got completely the opposite of the style of cut I asked for. Never again!
