My nails were well applied and painted - ive received compliments about them since having them applied. However i dont feel that i was well understood when i said i wanted to keep my extensions very short and explained why this was. I struggled to use my hands through the day and ended up cutting them down when i got home, even though i worried about ruining them entirely. The appointment overran by more than an hour even though two technicians were working on ny nails at one poibt which i received no apology for - even though I made it very clear on arrival that I had to leave at a certain time. This combined with a lack of professionalism from the staff ruined my experience and I won't be returning.

A good wax but didn't enjoy the new wax that they were using at all. Super hot and stringy. Happily agreed to use strip wax next time as I prefer it, should have spoken up sooner!
