Eyebrow threading was ok but when I got home I noticed quite a lot that she missed. They do give you a mirror after to say if you want more off but in the room at the time I couldn't see all the fine hairs that she had missed. Also she didn't shut the door when I was in the room so I could hear hairdryers hence the low ambience rating. But I only got a ten minute treating so it didn't really matter. I wouldn't come again because you can get your eyebrows threaded in town for 4 pounds and they do a more thorough job.
