Had a lovely experience at Pamper Me. I only wanted a trim, and my hair was cut well and the hairdresser gave me some useful tips and advice. My only quibble is that I was expecting to have my hair washed as part of a wet cut, not just sprayed down, but, in retrospect, for only £15 that may have been a big ask! I then had an excellent and thorough Indian head massage, which I'd forgotten includes back, shoulders, arms and neck as well as head. Bliss!

Skillful service great care and attention to detail. Nothing too much trouble and a great result.
However when chatting to customers stylists should stick to non-offensive conversation topics so as not to potentially alienate and distress clients.
