The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because the salon was absolutely boiling! I love my nails they look great - they did take a little longer than anticipated but they look fabulous so I don't mind.

I wasn’t asked whether I had any particular concerns which was a shame. Massage was firm and relaxing though, nearly fell asleep. Shame that other staff were nearly shouting throughout outside the treatment room which detracted from the experience.
